We have merged company level policies, risk management, and extensive training, all meeting the highest level of national and international standards.

We at Besleys Telecom Engineering are acutely aware that the role of health and safety in the telecommunication industry cannot be over emphasized. Thus, the company adheres strictly to all rules and regulations relating to environmental issues. In this regard, our key strategic objective is to achieve “zero harm” at every project location pertaining to both our workers on the field and the inhabitants of the project’s surroundings.

Both site supervisors and management ensure that safety is not compromised on in any circumstance, by taking responsibility for employee(s) safety, leading by example, encouraging positive safety behavior and eschewing negative attitudes.

Our site supervisors are adept in applying a policy of zero tolerance to non-compliance of safety standards and they deploy this skill to perfection.
